All AceCo tooling is designed on computer aided equipment, manufactured from pre-heat treated alloy steel, and machined on precise fully automatic CNC equipment. AceCo moulder heads are then dynamically balanced to 7,200 RPM per International Standards Organization (ISO) quality grade G-2.5.
