AceCo Precision Manufacturing is the woodworking industry's quality leader of finger joint tooling, moulder tooling and custom tooling.

The wide range of finger joint, moulder and planer heads are manufactured of hardened alloy steel and dynamically balanced. AceCo cutters are finest available and are offered in high speed steel, carbide tip and solid carbide options. The worlds top finger jointer manufacturers use AceCo cutters.

AceCo wood tooling is used in primary mills and secondary / remanufacturing mills primarily to salvage and upgrade lumber, and to shape the lumber to a dimension or profile. AceCo tooling is used to create building materials, components and wood specialty products.

All AceCo wood tooling products are crafted by high precision CNC machines and highly trained machinists. Only AISI quality grade steels are used in manufacturing. Advanced inspection methods, Statistical Process Control (SPC), and documented standard operating procedures assure AceCo products are more dimensionally consistent.
