The StrapSlicer is an advanced replacement of the conventional knife block. The StrapSlicer advantage is that it reduces feathering and shattering of the tuber. The StrapSlicer is also the first non-multiblade system with broken strap sensing, designed to fit in most existing water-gun cutters. Measuring 2.5" x 5.5" x 5.5" (6.3cm x 14cm x 14cm) the StrapSlicer can be fitted with standard knife block bases.

The Strap is made from high impact 0.008" (0.20mm) thick stainless steel. The Strap is run taut and tightened uniformly throughout the cutting plain and can be re-tightened numerous times without damage. The broken strap sensor can be easily wired to an alarm or automatic switching device.

The replacement Strap is pre-formed for easy installment and to insure proper alignment. Assembly takes about 5 minutes.
